Return Process

  Log in to your EXCLUSIVE account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are still attached to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
